Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup mix, di mana indeks Dow Jones ditutup melemah sedangkan indeks S&P500 dan Nasdaq Composite ditutup menguat. Reli pada saham Nvidia mendorong penguatan pada saham sektor teknologi sehingga membuat Nasdaq Composite ditutup pada rekor tertinggi di atas level 17.000 untuk pertama kalinya. Sebaliknya akibat pelemahan pada saham Merck dan saham sektor kesehatan lainnya, membuat indeks Dow Jones ditutup melemah cukup signifikan. Koreksi pada saham sektor kesehatan, industri dan keuangan, membuat indeks S&P500 ditutup menguat tipis. Lelang obligasi pemerintah AS yang sepi peminat mendorong kenaikan yield obligasi pemerintah AS dengan tenor 10 tahun naik pada level di atas 4,5%, yang sempat membuat indeks Dow Jones turun lebih dalam. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah menguat. Pasar menantikan pertemuan OPEC+ pada hari Minggu yang diperkirakan masih akan mempertahankan level produksi saat ini dimana anggota OPEC+ secara sukarela menahan produksi sebanyak 2,2 juta barel per hari untuk mendukung harga.

IHSG pada perdagangan Selasa 28 Mei 2024 ditutup menguat 1,08% pada level 7253. Saham sektor basic material membukukan penguatan terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor industri mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net sell Rp585,7 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non regular. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 7235/7200 dan resistance 7270/7310. Stock pick: MDKA, MBMA, HRUM, INCO, ISAT, INDF, ICBP, BBTN, BRIS, SSIA, CTRA, MEDC, PGAS
