Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat dipicu oleh data penjualan ritel musim liburan yang meningkat 8,5% selama periode 1 November hingga 24 Desember yang didorong oleh kenaikan penjualan e-commerce. Penguatan penjualan ritel tersebut menunjukkan kekuatan ekonomi AS dan mengurangi kecemasan akan dampak varian omicron, meskipun saham sektor perjalanan terkena dampak dari banyaknya penerbangan yang dibatalkan akibat penyebaran omicron. Saham sektor teknologi juga menguat yang mendorong kenaikan Nasdaq Composite. Pasar juga berharap akan adanya Santa Clause Rally yang biasanya terjadi pada lima hari perdagangan menjelang penutupan tahun hingga dua hari perdagangan pada awal tahun. Periode ini dimulai pada perdagangan Senin kemarin di Wall Street. Sementara itu saham sektor energi juga menguat didorong oleh kenaikan harga minyak mentah.
IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 27 Desember 2021 ditutup menguat 0,19% pada level 6575. Saham sektor basic materials membukukan penguatan terbesar. Sedangkan saham sektor consumer cyclicals mengalami pelemahan terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp365,53 miliar, termasuk transaksi di pasar negosiasi atas saham BBKP senilai Rp265,74 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6550/6525 dan resistance 6592/6617. Stock pick: BBCA, BBNI, BRIS, MDKA, INCO, TINS, INKP, CPIN
