Indeks di bursa Wall Street kembali ditutup menguat dan mencapai rekor tertinggi, menjelang earning season saham sektor teknologi pada pekan ini. Apple, Alphabet, Microsoft, Facebook dan Amazon dijadwalkan akan merilis laporan keuangan pada pekan ini. Tesla mengumumkan laporan kinerja keuangan setelah penutupan bursa, dengan membukukan kenaikan pendapatan dan laba yang di atas estimasi. Laporan kinerja keuangan emiten hingga saat ini lebih baik dari perkiraan, sehingga menjadi pendorong kenaikan indeks. Menurut data FactSet, hingga saat ini sebanyak 88% dari saham dalam indeks S&P500 telah melaporkan kinerja di atas estimasi. Sementara itu data penjualan rumah baru pada bulan Juni turun 6,6% mencapai 676 ribu unit, di bawah estimasi yang sebanyak 795 ribu unit. Pasar akan mencermati pertemuan The Fed yang dimulai hari ini, dimana Chairman The Fed akan memberikan komentar pada hari Rabu.
IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 26 Juli 2021 ditutup menguat 0,08% pada level 6106. Saham sektor transportasi dan logistik membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp245,83 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6090/6050 dan resistance 6140/6170. Stock pick: AGRO, AKRA, TLKM, SCMA, PTBA
