Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat seiring dengan reboundnya saham sektor teknologi serta meredanya ketegangan di Timur Tengah. Investor juga menantikan dirilisnya laporan keuangan beberapa emiten. Harga minyak mentah melemah setelah Iran menyatakan tidak akan meningkatkan ketegangan politik dengan Israel. Turunnya harga minyak mentah menjadi sentimen positif karena investor khawatir naiknya harga minyak mentah akan mendorong inflasi kembali naik sehingga akan membuat The Fed mempertahankan suku bunga tinggi lebih lama dari perkiraan. Harga emas juga melemah seiring meredanya ketegangan politik di Timur Tengah.

IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 22 April 2024 ditutup melemah 0,19% pada level 7073. Saham sektor energi mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor consumer noncyclicals mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net sell Rp921,17 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 7025/7000 dan resistance 7100/7130. Stock pick: BBRI, BBNI, EXCL, ADRO, ADMR, INKP, TINS, MBMA, NCKL, AMRT, INDF
