Indeks di bursa Wall Street kembali ditutup menguat. Pasar masih berlanjut merespon positif atas hasil pertemuan The Fed. Menambah faktor positif, diberitakan Rusia telah melakukan pembayaran kupon dalam dollar AS atas obligasi negaranya, sehingga terhindar dari gagal bayar. Saham sektor energi juga mengalami kenaikan seiring dengan kenaikan harga minyak mentah kembali di atas level USD 100 /barel. Harga minyak mentah menguat setelah International Energy Agency (IEA) memperingatkan akan potensi terganggunya pasokan dari Rusia yang lebih besar dari potensi penurunan permintaan. Gangguan pasokan minyak mentah dari Rusia sebanyak 3 juta bpd jauh lebih besar daripada perkiraan turunnya permintaan sebesar 1 juta bpd yang disebabkan kenaikan harga bahan bakar. Sedangkan harga emas menguat karena pelemahan dollar AS.

IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 17 Maret 2022 ditutup melemah 0,4% pada level 6964. Saham sektor keuangan mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor teknologi membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp831,57 miliar, termasuk transaksi di pasar negosiasi atas saham TLKM dengan net buy investor asing sebesar Rp110,17 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6950/6920 dan resistance 7030/7050. Stock pick: BBRI, BBNI, BMRI, ASII, ITMG, PGAS, INDY, TINS, BSDE, CTRA
