Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup menguat pada rekor tertinggi setelah kongres AS menyetujui paket pengeluaran infrastruktur senilai lebih dari USD 1 triliun. Paket ini akan menyediakan pendanaan bagi proyek infrastruktur diantaranya untuk transportasi, sarana dan prasarana umum dan broadband. Sektor yang diuntungkan dengan adanya paket itu, seperti industri dan bahan baku mengalami kenaikan. Demikian juga dengan saham yang terkait dengan infrastruktur seperti konstruksi dan alat berat. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah menguat didorong oleh indikasi pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang didukung oleh prospek kenaikan permintaan energi seiring dengan adanya program infrastruktur AS. Harga emas berlanjut menguat ditopang oleh kenaikan permintaan akan alternatif investasi seiring dengan sentimen kebijakan moneter bank sentral yang masih cenderung longgar.
IHSG pada perdagangan Senin 8 November 2021 ditutup menguat 0,77% pada level 6632. Saham sektor transportasi membukukan penguatan terbesar. Sedangkan saham sektor teknologi mengalami koreksi terbesar. Investor asing net buy Rp463,03 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6610/6580 dan resistance 6655/6680. Stock pick: BBCA, BBNI, ARTO, ADRO, INCO
