Market Review and Prediction

Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah akibat koreksi pada saham-saham sektor teknologi dan kenaikan yield US-Treasury kembali di atas level 4%. Sentimen negatif berasal dari minutes pertemuan The Fed pada Desember lalu yang mengindikasikan The Fed memprediksi akan menurunkan suku bunga sebanyak 0,75% hingga akhir tahun ini, namun tidak menunjukkan kapan penurunan suku bunga akan dimulai serta mencatatkan akan adanya ketidakpastian yang tinggi. Sementara itu harga minyak mentah menguat di tengah kekhawatiran akan berlanjutnya serangan di Laut Merah serta OPEC yang berjanji akan tetap bersatu mendukung harga minyak mentah. Sedangkan harga emas melemah akibat ketidakpastian kapan The Fed akan mulai menurunkan suku bunga.

IHSG pada perdagangan Rabu 3 Januari 2024 ditutup melemah 0,61% pada level 7279. Saham sektor kesehatan mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor teknologi membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net sell Rp290,59 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler.
Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 7275/7245 dan resistance 7320/7350. Stock pick: BMRI, BRIS, BBTN, ISAT, AKRA, EXCL, TOWR, TBIG, BRPT, PGEO, ESSA, ARTO
