Indeks di bursa Wall Street kembali ditutup menguat dipicu oleh earning season. Pasar juga menantikan hasil pertemuan The Fed pada Selasa-Rabu waktu AS. Sekitar 300 emiten dalam indeks S&P500 telah merilis laporan keuangan triwulan III, dimana diperkirakan rata-rata laba tumbuh 40,2% yoy. The Fed diperkirakan akan menyetujui rencana untuk mulai mengurangi program pembelian obligasi senilai USD120 miliar per bulan pada pertemuan ini. Selain itu pasar akan mencermati komentar The Fed mengenai prospek inflasi serta potensi kenaikan suku bunga.
IHSG pada perdagangan Selasa 2 November 2021 ditutup melemah 0,91% pada level 6493. Saham sektor energi mengalami koreksi terbesar. Sedangkan saham sektor kesehatan membukukan penguatan terbesar. Investor asing net sell Rp145,68 miliar. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6460/6440 dan resistance 6510/6550. Stock pick: BBRI, BSDE, SMRA, KLBF, AALI
