Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup melemah, sehingga mencatatkan koreksi triwulanan terburuk sejak pandemi, akibat kekhawatiran akan kasus Covid-19, inflasi yang tetap tinggi serta negosiasi anggaran belanja pemerintah AS. Senat dan DPR AS menyetujui RUU pengeluaran sementara yang berlaku hingga 3 Desember 2021 untuk menjaga pemerintah berjalan di akhir sesi, namun setelah kenaikan indeks yang singkat, harga saham melanjutkan penurunannya. Kongres harus menaikkan plafon utang sebelum 18 Oktober untuk mencegah kemungkinan gagal bayar utang AS yang dapat mengakibatkan hilangnya pekerjaan, kerusakan ekonomi serta penurunan harga saham.
IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 30 September 2021 ditutup menguat 2,02% pada level 6286. Saham sektor energi membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Sedangkan saham sektor teknologi melemah. Investor asing net sell Rp3,853 triliun, termasuk transaksi negosiasi saham BANK senilai Rp 6 triliun. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6220/6180 dan resistance 6322/6350. Stock pick: BBRI, BBCA, ASII, ISAT, EXCL, JSMR, TLKM
