Indeks di bursa Wall Street ditutup variatif di mana indeks Dow Jones ditutup melemah sedangkan indeks S&P500 dan Nasdaq Composite ditutup menguat. Nvidia yang melaporkan kinerja serta merilis proyeksi yang lebih baik dari estimasi mendorong penguatan pada saham sektor teknologi sehingga Nasdaq Composite menguat cukup signifikan. Sementara itu negosiasi untuk menaikkan plafon utang AS kembali berlanjut. Harga minyak mentah melemah setelah Rusia berkomentar yang menurunkan ekspektasi OPEC+ akan memangkas output produksinya lagi pada pertemuan 4 Juni mendatang.

IHSG pada perdagangan Kamis 25 Mei 2023 ditutup melemah 0,62% pada level 6704. Saham sektor energi mengalami koreksi terbesar, sedangkan saham sektor transportasi membukukan kenaikan terbesar. Investor asing mencatatkan net buy Rp31,13 miliar termasuk transaksi di pasar non reguler. Pada perdagangan hari ini IHSG diperkirakan bergerak pada kisaran support 6675/6660 dan resistance 6730/6755. Stock pick: BBNI, BMRI, INDF, ICBP, MEDC, JSMR, INCO, AKRA, SIDO, BSDE
